The DataPacker will accept a combination of ATI Sonic digital inputs and analog inputs, synchronize, combine and format the data, and present it all on a single serial digital output. The digital output can be presented to most computers with a serial port, or any digital recording device, for easy storage and processing.
The ClusterController will accept a combination of analog and asynchronous or synchronous digital inputs, synchronize, combine and format the data, and present it in a single packet for transmission to a host or supervisory computer. The ClusterController utilizes multiple process architecture to provide supervisory control and data acquisition over a geographically distributed network of stations, instruments, and sensors.
The FluxPak System uses the Eddy Covariance Method and provides for the measurement of fluxes such as momentum, sensible heat, and latent heat. The basic system comes with a sonic anemometer, a computer and our FMS software package. The basic system will provide momentum and sensible heat fluxes, and with a hygrometer added, H2O and latent heat fluxes can also be made available.
The Flux Measurement System, (FMS) Software Package is a Linux®-based software only package designed to accomplish data collection, storage and processing. The raw data, as well as the processed data, can be transmitted and/or stored on the data storage device installed in the system. For an eddy covariance system, the DataPacker or ClusterController can also be used to combine various analog outputs with the sonic output.
