The "A" Style Probe is the newest in the ATI Probe designs.   It is a non-orthogonal probe.

The "A" Style Probe is suited for a variety of applications, but is designed for use where a higher velocity range is required.  

All electronics are located in the probe bar.  It operates on DC power, with a power consumption of less than 2 Watts.
